Earlier this year, we lost a great author when Kathleen Krull died.
Her innovative and thoroughly enjoyable nonfiction have been winning awards and setting high standards for years. One of her last books was American Immigration: Our History, Our Stories.
For all Americans, immigration is part of our history. Honoring that, Krull provides a great look at the ways immigrants have always contributed to our society and how different waves of immigration have changed the ways in which Americans think, eat, and live.
